Partner Account Manager, Cognisys

• You'll be an experienced relationship manager who enjoys developing strategic partnerships and creating commercial opportunities
• 3+ years' experience in Partner Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
• Experience within Cyber Security, Technology, IT Services or SaaS
• A proven track record of growing customer or partner accounts and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to identify and develop new opportunities
• Experience working collaboratively with technical consultants and delivery teams
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and sales forecasting

• As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Partner Account Manager to join our Commercial team
• As a Partner Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with Cognisys' strategic partners, helping to generate new business opportunities and maximise the value of our partnerships
• You'll manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as their primary commercial contact and building trusted relationships across partner sales, account management and leadership teams
• Working closely with our internal Sales, Marketing and Technical teams, you'll identify opportunities, support joint go-to-market activity and help drive revenue growth across our cybersecurity and GRC services
• This is a relationship-led role with a strong commercial focus, suited to someone who enjoys building partnerships, spotting opportunities and creating long-term value
• Success in this role will be measured through partner engagement, opportunity generation, revenue growth and the continued development of strategic partner relationships
• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic partner accounts
• Build strong relationships with partner account managers, sales teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing partner accounts
• Collaborate with partners to qualify, progress and close customer opportunities
• Deliver partner enablement sessions, service updates and presentations to increase awareness of Cognisys' capabilities
• Develop account plans to maximise partner engagement and long-term growth
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technical Delivery teams to support partner opportunities
• Represent Cognisys during partner meetings, events and joint customer engagements
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines and sales forecasts
• Provide regular account reviews and commercial updates to internal stakeholders
