Who you are
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms, including marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems, and content management systems (e.g., Outreach)
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions
- Process Optimisation: The ability to streamline and optimise marketing and sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, share insights, and present findings to stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: The capability to identify problems, develop innovative solutions, and troubleshoot issues, especially in complex, dynamic business environments
What the job involves
- As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Metomic you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue generation processes. Your responsibilities will focus on:
- Marketing Operations: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing processes and ensure efficient lead generation in Hubspot
- Lead Distribution: Implement lead distribution strategies to ensure leads are allocated effectively among the sales team
- Tech Stack Management: Be the point of contact for our tech stack, evaluate new tools and lease with CSMs around renewals and new feature deployments
- Sales Enablement: Build out our sales enablement and processes for our sales team’s day to day interactions with our systems
- Within the greater Revenue Operations team you will have a lesser responsibility for:
- Pipeline Hygiene: Regularly assess and maintain the health of our sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and assist in long-term planning
- ARR Reporting: Create and analyse Annual Recurring Revenue reports to monitor and report on subscription-based revenue streams
- Board Decks: Contribute to the preparation of executive-level board presentations, offering valuable insights into revenue performance
- Sales and Activity Reporting: Generate and distribute reports that track sales team performance and activities, enabling data-driven decision-making
- CRM Admin and Development: Manage and enhance our CRM system, making sure it aligns with our evolving business needs
- Commissions: Calculate and administer sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and fairness
- Sales Tech Stack Management: Oversee and optimise the sales technology stack to maximize team efficiency
