Who you are

Have at least 4+ years of experience in a similar role preferably within the mobility or logistics branche
Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Have leadership experience, including managing and motivating teams
Have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment
Know how to balance operations and commercial targets
Are available for 40 hours per week
Enjoy working at a workshop in your region at least 4 days a week
Live near Amsterdam

What the job involves

As Area Manager North Netherlands (Amsterdam, Haarlem, Groningen , Zwolle & Enschede) at Felyx, you will play a crucial role in keeping our fleet of shared electric mopeds running smoothly
North Netherlands is one of our most important regions in the Benelux. You’ll work closely with other Area Managers to ensure a good operational performance and profit
Built a well-motivated and well performing team
Meet operationality target of 85% of the fleet per city
Identify threads and opportunities and proactively act on them
Identify projects to make improvements in our way of operating
Manage Fleet Managers, Lead Mechanics and Lead Swappers
Report on the P&L and identify actions needed
Contribute to budget creation
Meet revenue target by commercial actions and smart fleet deployment
Keep the variable costs in line with revenue of the region

fleyx is one company doing just that, with its shared e-moped services. Since 2017, the company has grown to serve over 1M users across the Netherlands and Belgium with a fleet of 6,000 electric mopeds, making city transportation more sustainable and accessible.

Recent,y felyx merged with the Spanish company Cooltra to strengthen its market position. Despite facing financial struggles, the merger is seen as a step toward future growth. By combining resources with Cooltra, felyx aims to expand its reach and continue innovating in the shared mobility space for years to come.
