Who you are
- Bac + 5 in engineering school or in data (end of studies internship)
- Technical skills
- Strong command of SQL ( daily use) and Google Sheets
- Good level in business intelligence
- Ability to transform and analyze data from multiple sources (knowing how to correctly cross-reference and combine data sets )
- Optional : data visualization tools, CRM ( HubSpot or other)
- Soft skills:
- Attention to detail and reliability during quality controls: you apply strict verification processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Resourceful and quick learner, able to bounce back and not get stuck due to a lack of skills or knowledge
- Autonomous in setting priorities and managing daily workload
- Proactive
- Good interpersonal skills in French and English
- Don't sacrifice best practices and scalability for immediate or easy solutions
What the job involves
- This is a cross-functional position, reporting to the CRM team (itself within the Marketing team) and benefiting from training and support from the Data team
- The core mission focuses on analyzing marketing data and translating it into actionable business insights. Your responsibilities include data transformations ( SQL ) as well as meticulous daily quality control
- As a Data Analyst Intern, you'll work in a fast-growing, collaborative environment that's open to all your ideas. You'll have a certain level of autonomy while remaining within a clearly defined framework and surrounded by the support of the team. - As a CRM Data Analyst Assistant intern , you will lead different types of projects:
- Provide marketing analytics to the team
- Leverage available certified data to produce on-demand extractions
- Perform ad hoc analyses as part of various data mining projects
- Implement CRM performance reporting
- Work closely with data engineers to follow best practices, contribute to the development of the data platform and reduce technical debt
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data sets intended for end users
- Contribute to the development of data culture at LC and to the “data as a product” vision

- CRM: HubSpot
- Data Warehouse: BigQuery
- BI Tool: Looker Studio (old: Metabase )
- Marketing Web Analytic tool : GA4
- Documentation: Concept
- Coding language: SQL , **** Python
- Communication: Slack
