Who you are
- A BA/BS from an accredited university
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally in the SaaS industry
- Experience crafting outbound sequences, including personalized and relevant messaging
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and call prospects
- Born to network - we’re building relationships within complex enterprise environments
- Highly organized and knows how to prioritize when working on multiple projects at the same time
- Coachable and always looking/willing to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

What the job involves
- As a Business Development Representative, you play a crucial role in scaling our business in Europe and North America by enhancing our revenue engine to become more predictable and scalable
- You will be a key driver of revenue by actively sourcing new business - with a focus on enterprise customers
- Build the revenue engine together with the revenue growth team and our enterprise account executive team
- Find, analyze, and evaluate new market growth opportunities and build outreach plans to seize new customer opportunities
- Build and take ownership of the sales pipeline, generating outbound leads and developing new sales opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing them with insights into Clarisight’s innovative marketing reporting platform
- Research and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile
- Consistently meet or overachieve on activity and monthly Sales Accepted Lead targets
- Feedback on market insights to the management team to help refine our go-to-market positioning and playbook

Clarisights is an international marketing tool that helps enterprises and their performance marketing teams streamline reporting. With a tool that automatically integrates and visualizes marketing data, Clarisights have secured limited release agreements with companies such as HelloFresh, Delivery Hero, and Universal Music Group.
Connecting marketing data to sales data has been a thorn in the side of enterprises for years, with the granular detail of each analytical wing often undermined by clunky and fiddly interfaces and platforms. The streamlined and visually led Clarisights makes the information more digestible and comparable. It’s no surprise that the Clarisights suite of tools is visually led - all three founders have combined experience as engineers and marketing consultants at Microsoft and Hostelworld.com, both well known for their clear and ergonomic presentation.
With its roots in Germany and India as well as America, Clarisights has spread its net widely, a key success given the level of competition in the form of Nielsen’s Visual IQ and Neustar’s Customer Analytics who have a large grip on the market.
