Who you are

5–10 years’ experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Data Analytics)
Strong technical fluency and understanding of data systems
Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to work late occasionally for US-based customers

Desirable

What the job involves

We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end success of our most strategic customers
You will architect and implement bespoke AI solutions, acting as the primary technical and strategic advisor from late-stage sales cycles through long-term value delivery
You’re analytical, commercially aware, and technically fluent — comfortable blending strategic design with hands-on implementation
Partnering with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert
Architecting, building, and deploying bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling
Owning post-deployment success — optimizing performance and value delivery
Acting as a trusted long-term advisor for your customer portfolio
Developing reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for scale
