Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, time-series data, multivariate analysis and causal inference
- 5+ years of experience in statistical experimentation methods, such as A/B testing, experimental design, power analysis and non-parametric statistics
- Deep experience in Product and Pricing analysis
- Experience in SQL, statistical modeling platforms (Python), data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques
- Experience managing analytics projects from creation to delivery, including developing structured solutions
- You are an extraordinary communicator and project manager. You have the ability to prioritize projects and clearly communicate timelines to your team and stakeholders
What the job involves
- The Data Science role for Product Analytics combines data-driven storytelling and deep data science techniques to help drive our Product roadmap
- The Product Data Scientist will work directly across the Product team and Pricing team to drive the right programs, the right investments and ensure business growth
- You will drive analytical decisions for Product. This includes feature analysis, roadmap optimization and pricing investigations
- You would also provide expertise on designing A/B tests and be a thought-partner to product and pricing
- This role is cross-functional, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Pricing, Analytics, and Finance
- Learning the Ironclad ecosystem and historical pricing paradigms in order to be a subject matter expert on the data, analysis, and modeling
- Creating mathematical and data driven solutions for difficult pricing problems at scale
- Be the primary partner for the Product Growth team and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to understand growth and optimization opportunities and to measure impact of initiatives
- Owns and drives strategic analysis to guide product roadmap and develop a holistic point on view on product direction
- Design and develop core business metrics, creating insightful automated dashboards (and the necessary data pipelines) and data visualization to track progress
- Lead A/B experiments, quantitative primary research and surveys such as NPS from the Data side by supporting experiment design, tracking, implementation and owning the final analysis and readout
- Provide data expertise to all data science team members through code reviews, mentorship and pairing to increase efficiency of the data science team

Ironclad is a platform that digitises, automates, and streamlines contract workflows, allowing legal teams to focus on legal work rather than paperwork. Its platform features collaborative tools that facilitate business operations and extract and catalogue contract metadata, making information easier to access and act upon. Its enterprise customers include Dropbox, Mastercard, Pixar, Fox, and L’Oréal.
Despite its success, Ironclad faces competition in the $3 billion contract lifecycle management industry from major players like DocuSign and emerging ones like Contractbook. The company recently announced Ironclad Signature, marking its entry into the $25 billion eSignature market. The new feature speeds up the signature process by an estimated 80% and provides summaries and approval histories to users. This new tool is expected to strengthen Ironclad's position in the sell-side contract lifecycle management market.
Additionally, Ironclad introduced value-based pricing, charging only for completed, signed agreements, unlike other providers who charge for every signature packet sent out. Ironclad, backed by investors like Accel, Sequoia, Y Combinator, and BOND, remains committed to innovating and maintaining its leadership in the contract lifecycle management space.
