Who you are

At least 4 years of experience as a business development manager or partnership manager
Experience in event (conferences & meet-ups) attendance
English Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)

Desirable

Have a strong community connection with affiliates and connections with market leaders, media, event holders, and main platforms
Basic knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (Revenue Share/Hybrid/CPA), and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/eCPA/ARPU)

What the job involves

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners
Negotiate partnership agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms
Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events
Perform various marketing activities to promote partner programs
Initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program
Work closely with the marketing and affiliate team to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals
Take an active part in attending conferences
