Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem, with experience managing marketing programs with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), GSIs, or regional SI’s
  • Demonstrated ability to drive joint go-to-market initiatives that result in pipeline and revenue growth
  • Skilled in campaign management, digital marketing, event planning, and partner communications
  • Strong understanding of MDF and funding claim processes, including credit rules and engagement
  • Ability to map MongoDB’s broader marketing and revenue goals to our partnership strategy and plans
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools), and partner portals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong emphasis placed on collaboration and relationship building (with partners & internal teams)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven EMEA Partner Marketing Sr Manager to lead and execute the EMEA co-marketing efforts with key partners– ranging from Cloud Service Providers AWS, GCP, and Azure, to select regional system integrators and ISVs
  • This role is pivotal in driving the successful planning and execution of pan-EMEA campaigns while also cascading marketing strategy, best practices, and framework for the local teams across EMEA to leverage
  • As a bridge between MongoDB’s sales, marketing, and partner organizations, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth, increasing partner engagement, and enhancing MongoDB’s visibility across strategic partner ecosystems
  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute EMEA partner marketing plans that align with MongoDB’s go-to-market objectives and support partner business goals
  • Campaign Development: Build and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with our Global teams (digital, events, content syndication, webinars, etc.) with and through partners to generate leads and accelerate pipeline
  • Partner Enablement: Alongside the Partner Mgmt team & Global Partner Marketing, help create and deliver compelling enablement materials and communications to educate partners on MongoDB’s offerings, use cases, and joint value propositions
  • Events & Sponsorships: Work with the Regional marketing teams in EMEA to incorporate partner participation in local events, including third-party conferences, MongoDB-hosted events and co-branded webinars
  • Performance Tracking: Partner with Marketing Operations to Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and partner marketing performance
  • Regional Funding Mgmt: In collaboration with the Global Partner Marketing team, manage MDF and co-marketing budget request process across EMEA, ensuring strategic allocation, ROI tracking, and alignment with the MongoDB & partner priorities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with partner sales, global partner marketing, regional marketing, and product marketing teams to align efforts and optimize outcomes
  • Content & Messaging: Collaborate with content teams to develop localized and partner-specific assets, including case studies, solution briefs, and email campaigns

Essentially, the company develops tools and blueprints to help businesses and organisations modernise their legacy applications, migrating them to the MongoDB database and the MongoDB Atlas cloud database.
