• 1+ years of experience supporting Mac and Chrome OS users in large environments, demonstrating patience in troubleshooting and educating users
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an IT Analyst to join our IT team
• The IT Analyst facilitates daily technical virtual and in-person user assistance, performing onboarding and off-boarding tasks, access provisioning and deprovisioning, actively contributing to documentation maintenance, and participating in regular IT team meetings
• The IT Analyst at Oscar serves as the essential first line of support, providing vital virtual and in-person technical assistance to employees and contractors
• The IT Analyst works with stakeholders across the organization, including developers, operations teams, executives, and end users
• You will report to the Manager, IT Services
• Provide end user support on Mac and Chromebook systems
• Staff in-person and/or virtual help desks
• Participate in a team rotation of weekend check-ins, typically involving four hours of weekend work
• Provide support for international onboardingDevelop a deep understanding of Oscar’s internal IT functions to efficiently support end users and optimize SLAs
• Adhere to established policies and procedures while assisting users, and proactively suggest improvements when necessary
• Contribute to meticulous documentation maintenance, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records
• Show initiative and drive in actions, projects, and interactions, introducing positive changes to IT workflows
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
