Who you are

A qualified lawyer with 5+ years of experience in compliance and litigation
A skilled communicator, able to translate complex legal matters into practical guidance
A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and project management skills
A trusted advisor, grounded in ethics and known for sound decision-making
Comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently or in cross-functional teams
Familiar with relevant legal frameworks and experienced in developing compliance training and controls
Foreign language skills are a plus, but not essential—your mindset and capabilities matter most

What the job involves

As a key member of our legal and compliance team, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the organization’s integrity
Whether leading internal investigations, shaping compliance policies, or managing litigation across jurisdictions, your work will directly influence how we operate and uphold our values
You’ll be instrumental in embedding a culture of ethics, accountability, and resilience—impacting every corner of the business
Build and enhance a comprehensive compliance and ethics program
Engage with high-stakes litigation and provide strategic legal counsel
Influence decision-making at the highest levels
Collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment
Develop professionally through diverse legal and operational challenges
You’ll be trusted to own critical initiatives while being supported by a team that values your judgment and experience
