Who you are
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
- You bring prior experience in startups, software sales, or related fields, ideally with familiarity in SaaS-based technologies
- You thrive in a high-output, results-driven role, maintaining a strong sense of urgency to meet ambitious goals
- You excel in a multicultural, remote, and fast-paced startup environment
- You share our passion for tech, startups, and thriving tech ecosystems.
- You have experience with social selling and networking tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- You are proactive and can initiate phone conversations for outbound and inbound lead generation
- You have proven expertise in outbound activities, including cold outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification
- You can work in Europe and are fluent in English.

What the job involves
- Research and prospect into targeted accounts, markets and segments searching for key organizations and people
- Book in meetings through proactively reaching out to potential customers with thoughtful, researched content and messaging - including email, phone, and LinkedIn and X
- Engage with prospects and route the applicable leads within the sales team
- Route online chat, trial-request, and helping sign-ups help find the data & insights they’re looking for
- Operate workflows, trial-flows, and standard automation within Hubspot
- Work closely with marketing, content, and sales colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of content and sales-collateral

DealRoom is a financial software company that serves corporate development, investment banking, and private equity professionals. Its primary focus is creating secure and efficient workflows for complex transactions. Crucially, by moving away from Excel and email, teams gain deal-wide visibility reducing the risk of value being unrealized.
By focusing purely on improving the process of M&A with software, the team is well-positioned to profit in times when the market is on a tear (like the 2010s) and times when deals dry up, but returns are more precious. It's because of this single-minded approach to process optimisation that the startup’s technology is now being used by some of the world’s leading boutique firms.
