Role
Who you are
- Final-year student at HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, or a top engineering school (X, Centrale, Mines, Télécom, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and interpret complex data
- SQL knowledge is a plus (bonus), not a requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluent in crypto / Web3 trends, products, and culture — you actively follow the industry
- Previous internship experience in strategy consulting or investment banking is a strong plus
- Highly proactive, rigorous, and resourceful, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- As the right hand to the VP of Consumer, you will support a wide range of strategic and operational topics — from product and market analysis to project management and process optimization
- This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on experience at the intersection of product, growth, and strategy in one of the most fast-moving industries in the world
- Conduct deep-dive product and market analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze user data to uncover insights on product usage, engagement, and growth opportunities
- Draft briefing notes, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support project management of key initiatives across Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing
- Identify and drive operational improvements to make the Consumer team more efficient and effective
- First-hand exposure to product strategy, analytics, and operations in a global crypto company
- Direct mentorship and collaboration with a senior executive
- A steep learning curve, ownership, and the chance to have tangible impact from day one
