Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in design and creative leadership roles, ideally within consumer brands, lifestyle, hospitality, or travel
- Deep knowledge of design principles, brand systems, and creative production
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Proven track record upleveling an early stage brand during a period of scale
- Comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial, fast pace environment and lean team
- Passion for an early stage start up environment and what it means to be in “builder mode”

What the job involves
- We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters
- Define and evolve the brand’s creative strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
- Concept, design, and execute standout creative assets across digital, social, email, paid media, and website touchpoints
- Partner closely with integrated marketing leadership to concept and bring to life tentpole moments and larger campaigns
- Develop creative briefs, mood boards, and campaign guidelines; champion the brand voice and aesthetic
- Partner cross-functionally with growth, brand, product, sales, and CX teams to bring our brand to life via digital and IRL touchpoints
- Source, brief, and oversee contractors, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners as needed.Maintain a hands-on approach to design execution; serve as an individual contributor and design leader
- Continuously test, iterate, and innovate to push the brand forward and stay ahead of trends
Our take
Luxury hotels and resorts are often regarded as havens for the rich and famous, being reserved exclusively for guests who are willing to pay top dollar to stay overnight. However, ResortPass is changing this narrative, by building a day-pass marketplace for establishments that want to bring in guests to utilize their amenities throughout the day.
The demand for local experiences has soared in the past few years and ResortPass is taking advantage of these growing requests. ResortPass offers over 900 brands for guests to choose from, including the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Sheraton. While some may argue ResortPass is removing the exclusivity for overnight guests, its business model is to monetize underutilized inventory and work alongside hotels to drive usage of these amenities.
ResortPass offers a distinct way for both tourists and residents to enjoy the facilities of upscale hotels and resorts. With endorsements from well-known personalities such as Jessica Alba and Gwyneth Paltrow, the company is a testament to the increasing favorability of the sharing economy and the demand for exclusive travel encounters.
