- SHRM / PHR certification a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a dedicated and self-motivated People Ops Generalist to join our People team in our London office
- As a key member of our People team, you’ll be instrumental in helping us build processes and programs that scale with company growth
- Lead and own our in-person new-hire onboarding sessions in London office hub
- Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of People team initiatives including company events, employee experience projects, and various other enablement initiatives
- Assist people team with end-to-end delivery of People Operations, such as on-boarding/off-boarding, managing our People team ticketing system, visa-related requests, payroll, time off requests, employment verifications and leave management
- Lead the team through audits and regularly update our employee handbook, processes, and programs to maintain compliance and industry standards
- Design new & efficient workflows between cross-functional teams and key stakeholders (Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance)
- Collaborate with employees and legal teams/government agencies to ensure case processing for immigration visas and global mobility
- Handle confidential employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
- Support the rollout of organizational changes or new systems, ensuring smooth transitions for employees
