Who you are
- Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales development or a similar new business role
- Achievement: Track record of consistently achieving targets
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business dynamics
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRMs, sequencing and lead gen tools
- Professionalism: Confident presentation skills and a professional manner
Desirable

What the job involves
- As our first Sales Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in our growth journey, working directly with our Chief Revenue Officer/VP of Growth
- This foundational role offers excellent scope for career progression within our expanding sales organisation.You'll focus on building our client base, identifying and engaging with decision-makers who can benefit from our solutions

- Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
- Pipeline Building: Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels
- Meeting Generation: Schedule quality meetings between prospects and our senior sales team
- Prospect Engagement: Create personalised, compelling outreach that resonates with prospect challenges
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable market insights with the wider business
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and pipeline value
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to refine approach
