Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrable success in both B2C and B2B product environments
- Proven experience managing data-centric products or analytics platforms that deliver actionable insights to users
- Track record of being hands-on in linking product initiatives to the OKRs and providing enough detail all the way down to DoR for development
- Deep knowledge of user testing methodologies, feedback collection, and iterative product development
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B and ABn testing frameworks
- Skilled in defining, tracking, and interpreting product KPIs and success metrics
- Expertise in release management, with a track record of delivering high-quality features at scale
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to align cross-functional teams and communicate product direction effectively
- Highly proficient in prioritization frameworks, such as RICE, MoSCoW, or value vs. effort
- Experience working in agile environments with a focus on continuous improvement and user value
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Looker, Tableau, or similar)

- Experience with machine learning or AI-powered product features
- Background in SaaS, fundraising, fintech or other data-heavy industries
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis skills
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a product team
What the job involves
- Create and own the full product lifecycle for data-driven features and solutions, from ideation to release and iteration
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with the co-founder for tools used by both B2C and B2B customers
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on time
- Lead A/B and multivariate (ABn) testing efforts to validate hypotheses, optimize experiences, and guide data-informed decisions
- Monitor and analyze feature performance, using metrics to assess business impact and inform future improvements
- Champion customer needs through user testing, interviews, and feedback loops
- Manage prioritization of the roadmap by balancing business goals, user needs, technical complexity, and stakeholder input
- Own and continuously improve release processes, ensuring smooth, predictable, and quality-focused deliveries
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and performance clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Support and mentor team members in product best practices, including experimentation, measurement, and outcome-driven development
