What the job involves
- As a Commercial Operations Analyst you will be at the heart of our GTM function working on complex problems that help us understand the barriers to growth in the NHS and create the right internal systems to allow our Commercial team to do what they do best: implement impactful software and continue to deliver as much value to the health system as possible
- You’ll be working together with the wider Commercial Operations team to help us raise the bar in how our commercial function works, making us more effective and helping us to achieve our ambitious goals for 2025! 💪
- Things move fast around here so you can expect new, unanticipated and varied projects to come your way with exposure to lots of different aspects of the business
- Working closely with Customer Success team to ensure high client retention and a seamless renewal process
- Overseeing our contract creation and taking the lead on automating and improving contracting and other internal processes
- Working with NHS Procurement Hub to define and implement new ways for customers to procure our products
- You’ll work with our Business Development team to identify and fix bottlenecks in our sales funnel allowing us to grow more rapidly into new markets
- You’ll be providing various financial reports to support Commercial teams with data insights and the Finance team with forecasting

Communication between patients and nurses/doctors has typically happened via telephone call or post. This outdated technology is costly and doesn't provide a great experience. Accurx solves this problem with its communication and collaboration platform.
Accurx is building tools that allow GPs and other healthcare providers to communicate more efficiently with their patients and with each other in order to deliver top-quality care. Its products are now used in over 95% of GP practices. This is testament to the value of Accurx's platform.
Since raising considerable funding, Accurx has been focused on growing its team and developing its products, including batch messaging between clinics and patients, to help care sites ease the burden of long wait lists and understaffing. With these challenges continuing to mount for the health system, Accurx is likely to remain in high demand for the foreseeable future.
