What the job involves
- We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our EMEA HR Team
- This position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Regional people plan and the coordination of people services to a number of business functions across EMEA
- The HR Business Partner will provide expert advice and coaching to key leaders to support their business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic people plans to enable business success across areas such as talent management, talent development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement
- Provide advice and solutions to business leaders on all people aspects of their business from operational to strategic issues
- Coach managers on day-to-day needs and the execution of key people processes
- Lead the talent management plan to ensure we futureproof our business with the right capabilities at both individual contributor and manager level
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of programs/policies with global Centres of Excellence to deliver effective solutions to the business
- Leverage data to track progress on priorities and proactively recommend solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness

Okta started off as an identity company where organisations, large and small, could tap into the company to have a single sign-on interface to access all cloud applications now centralised. Okta has since expanded to provide identity management at the device as well as the server level.
The new approach towards network security is increasingly based on identification and authentication, and Okta is on track to become the go-to vendor in the space. They aim to do so by developing products that enable people to access applications and other tools more smoothly and securely than ever before.
Okta has taken strides towards expansion through significant employee growth and shuffling executive leadership. The company has also made lateral moves such as tackling governance concerns, opening up new paths for revenue.
