Who you are
- Passionate about food and the industry!
- Confident communicator with strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate catering or B2B event management
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-centric mindset
- Self-starter, able to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying adaptable and solutions-focused
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of pricing, quoting, and profitability to drive revenue performance
- Keenness to use data insights to drive function performance
Desirable
- Prior experience in a startup, food tech, or hospitality or events industry
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools (including Zendesk and Hubspot)
- Knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations to get the most out of our vendor partners
What the job involves
- You will be the initial point of contact for new clients, helping them to understand our business model and identifying a suitable solution for their long-term needs
- Responsible for generating timely, creative event and catering quotes for our client’s quote requests; end-to-end management of requests for both existing and new clients
- Build close relationships with our clients, becoming their reliable and go-to catering provider
- Work closely with Logistics, Customer Success and Customer Service teams to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Proactively help clients plan events, working with Marketing to manage event calendars and seasonal communications
- Own the client quoting process, ensuring timely, competitive, creative and standout offers
- Prioritise high-value clients and long-term opportunities, escalating potential contracted catering and Cloud Canteen prospects to Sales
- Supporting in tracking and analysing performance, reporting on win rates, lost opportunities, and outstanding events

Acknowledging that the B2B food delivery market has fallen way behind B2C in terms of digitisation, Feedr is targeting an estimated £4.7bn contract catering market. Adopting a B2B2C model, Feedr attracts companies to sign up and subsidises the meals their staff order as an additional perk to boost employee well-being. This also forms part of the company’s talent recruitment and retention strategy.
In addition, Feedr differentiates itself by curating a set of tailored menus based on the user’s order history, aiming to elevate the quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner orders. The restaurants and caterers Feedr works with are low-impact on the planet and quality-assured by the company.
Feedr started off operating in London, and after being acquired by Berlin company EatFirst, is looking to expand the service to new geographical areas. Though it's working against a crowded B2C market, Feedr is the only B2B2C model food provider, a low-admin, hassle-free alternative for busy companies. Its partnership with EatFirst will no doubt elevate its presence as it looks to expand.
