- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of project management experience
- Crypto and/or fintech industry experience is a preferred.
- Strong understanding with crypto trading platforms and wallets
- Knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain flexible and shift priorities based on business needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

What the job involves
- As an integral member of the Product team, your primary role will be to work closely with customers to understand their needs ensuring our clients maximize the value of our product
- This is a heavy cross-functional role and an opportunity to work closely with the Engineering, Sales and Design teams
- You will play a key role in driving project timelines, managing resources, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure client needs are being met
- You will report directly to the VP of Product
- Serve as the technical expert for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing insights on product features and functionalities
- Guide clients through the onboarding and engagement process, offering training sessions and resources to ensure they effectively utilize our products
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and sales) to manage client implementations and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making
- Respond to client feedback on product performance and user experience, relaying insights to the product team for continuous improvement
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and meeting notes

Mesh, formerly known as Front Finance, is an intermediate connection layer for non-traditional financial assets, aiming to reshape the landscape of economic connectivity and remove the fragmentation problem of crypto and blockchain assets. In short, users can use the Mesh platform to move their assets across different platforms.
Mesh empowers customers to connect different asset classes and accounts, with tools to help read, write and transfer capabilities to its platform. Platforms facilitated by Mesh include 300 crypto wallets and exchanges, attracting businesses that want to increase interoperability for their users without having to build the code to do so from scratch.
Investors include MoneyForward, Samsung and B Capital Group, indicating the enterprise-level attractiveness of Mesh’s asset-bridging solution. Its 2024 funding has seen it triple in valuation over the year, showing that seamless solutions for asset movement in the face of crypto volatility are valuable to the wider market.
