Who you are
- 1+ years of experience in coordinating and scheduling in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Proven track record of developing and managing high-volume scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication with candidates of all levels, including VP and C-Suite
- Outcome-oriented coordinator with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of thriving in ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally with the Commure + Athelas team
- Please note this is a hybrid position, 3-days in office at our Mountain View office
What the job involves
- As a Recruiting Coordinator at Commure + Athelas, we’ll look to you to manage one of the most important aspects of our hiring process, the candidate experience
- We’re targeting someone who has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organization
- In this role, you will support and partner with the Talent Team as well as the leaders across the entire company
- As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will handle everything from scheduling interviews, tracking candidate data, and ensuring that all individuals have an amazing experience throughout the interview process
- This person will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and support our team of full-cycle recruiters as they scale the Commure + Athelas teams
- The right candidate will thrive in getting things done in a rapidly growing and ambiguous environment, all while keeping the candidate experience at the forefront of everything they do
- Partner closely with our Talent Team to move candidates efficiently through our high quality, fast-paced interview processes
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle any type of candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the candidate's experience throughout their journey, from the initial touchpoint to offer extensions
- Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting workflows

Many existing electronic health record (EHR) systems only add to the problem - digital, yes, but often too clunky, time-consuming, and disconnected from the tools doctors actually need. Athelas is tackling this by reimagining how healthcare software works, helping providers spend less time lcicking and more time caring for people.
Athelas offers a full suite of tools that combine AI-powered automation, remote patient monitoring (RPM), and integrated EHR and billing systems. And its newest platform, Athelas AIR, is a next-generation EHR designed to unify clinical and administrative workflows in one intelligent system. By embedding revenue cycle management (RCM) and ambient AI documentation directly into the platform, Athelas AIR strreamlines everything from charting to billing. And the goal is simple, to reduce administrative burden, improve margins, and ultimately, give healthcare teams a smoother, smarter way to work.
The company has made some impressive strides lately too. After achieving unicorn status in 2022 and merging with healthcare software leader Commurein 2023, Athelas is now valued at around $6B. It has also partnered with organizations like Resilient HEalthcare to power at-home care programs, bringing hospital-level technology into patients homes. And with over 100 clients lined up to adopt Athelas AIR, the company is very much positioning itself as a leader in intelligent healthcare infrastructure.
