Role
Who you are
- You have dedicated experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle management.
- Excellent copywriting skills
- A structured and process-oriented work style with an eye for detail.
- Experience in analyzing user data, such as heatmaps and conversion funnels
- At least 2 years of experience in a tech/SaaS or marketplace/platform company
- You enjoy thinking outside the box and working closely with Product and Sales
- German Language Skills (C1)

- Our mission is to provide recruiters and hiring managers with an outstanding customer experience in the B2B recruiting platform space. Alongside an excellent product, communication plays a central role in achieving this.
- Your primary responsibility is to take a holistic view of the customer journey and continuously improve it. In this role, you serve as the link between Marketing, Product, and Sales, ensuring a harmonious and personalized communication strategy that addresses our users' pain points at the right time.
- To achieve this, you will develop an intelligent mix of automated communication channels, such as email and notifications, along with personal touchpoints through our Sales and Customer Success experts.
- You coordinate content creation with our internal and external teams, including designers, graphic artists, video editors, copywriters, and others.
