Who you are

We are looking for people who have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent working experience and 7+ years of experience in software development, you will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and a focus on Java/Spring Boot

What the job involves

Dotmatics is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java) to join our agile development team and contribute to Dotmatics’ product ecosystem
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that meet our company's needs, with a focus on ensuring quality code and contribution to the technical solution from design through to implementation
In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with developers across the wider teams on best practices and processes
Collaborate with the software development team in designing, developing, implementing high-quality software solutions utilising an agile delivery methodology
Collaborate with product management, application science and support stakeholders to develop and maintain product features
Contribute to the development of software architecture and design principles for the organization
Solve challenging customer issues using a rapid delivery model
Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and security of software solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other software engineers
Participate in code reviews
Help ensure the quality of the team's output.
