Who you are
- We are seeking a self-driven, curious, and responsible team player to fuel Getsafe's growth strategy with actionable data-driven insights
- If you have experience in data analytics for marketing or CRM, are proficient with data tools, and are excited about driving growth and seeing the impact of your work, Getsafe is calling your name
- Hands-on with a natural entrepreneurial mindset and a "go and find out" mentality
- Well familiar with terminology such as LTV, payback, attribution, and tools such as Adjust, META, GA4, and Firebase. Prior experience in working with performance marketing is essential
- Pro in SQL (Snowflake) and data visualisation tools (ThoughtSpot or equivalent); Knowledge of Python is a plus, and experience with DBT is a strong advantage
- Quickly adopt new AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and foster creative problem-solving
- Adept of experimentation and "what-if" analyses
- Know how to present your analysis and back up your suggestions to stakeholders
- Have sharp eye to the details and don’t shy away from numbers cross-checking
- Ready to jump into team huddles, communicate and solve problems as they arise
What the job involves
- In this role, you will join the Getsafe Analytics team under the holistic Advisory Engine, directly influencing how Getsafe's mission reaches our half-million (and growing) users and beyond
- Provide team with descriptive analytics, actionable insights and forecasting on marketing and CRM campaigns performance
- Define and evolve KPIs methodologies, such as ROI, CAC, Payback and more
- Define and evolve Getsafe attribution model, adopt it for cookie-less era and introduce complex attribution methodologies such as multi-touch attribution
- Develop and roll out standardisation of our utm-based tracking
- Define and maintain events dataflow to marketing destinations to fuel event-driven campaigns
- Initiate, own and bring to conclusion growth-related analytics initiatives
- Act as a data partner and a go-to expert on related data questions for a range of cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, CRM, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Science and Leadership
- Deliver and own data products, such as dashboards, reports, analytics research and data marts in collaboration with Data Platform
- Ensure data quality, oversee new tracking and reporting needs
- Run A/B testing for CRM and Growth related user-facing UI and copy
- Contribute to decision making process and Getsafe success from data analytics side
