Founding Marketer, Granola

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience at tech and product-driven start-ups
• A foundation in product marketing, with experience in content marketing or growth marketing
• A track record executing successful marketing campaigns and driving user acquisition
• Proficient with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software
• Experience in content creation, including writing, video production, and/or graphic design
• You excel in roles requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• You understand what makes compelling copy and can iterate on everything from website headlines to product updates
• Detail oriented, you maintain high standards of accuracy, and can work efficiently under pressure
• You're excited to work in-person from our London office (most of the time)
• You love working in a startup environment (either have experience or are drawn to the zero-to-one phase)
• You value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic

Desirable

• Building and executing our 0→1 marketing strategy - ensuring our great product gets the visibility it deserves
• Building a brand that people love by identifying and authentically engaging with our ICPs across all touch-points
• Building the foundations for a community of advocates, which will play a critical role in our GTM
• Working in the open - ensuring we effectively communicate our rapid updates and track adoption of new features
• Developing creative ways to get Granola in front of the right people through ads, events, stunts, swag, influencers, campaigns, PR, and partnerships
