Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience working with high volume recruitments
- Full professional fluency in German and English
- Experience from independently managing communication with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders
- We are looking for an ambitious and solution oriented Talent Acquisition student with the ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders in a fast-paced dynamic environment
What the job involves
- As a Talent Acquisition Associate (6 month Internship) in the DACH-region, you will focus on supporting the local managers in Germany with recruitments to our warehouses in the region
- You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end in recruitments, and work continuously to advise and coach them in all areas of talent acquisition
- Driving high volume recruitments from start to finish across the DACH-region
- Collaborating directly with hiring managers and other stakeholders, and continuously support them in all areas relating to talent acquisition in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Managing communications with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience
- Collaborating closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to continue to improve the hiring process and pipeline in the region
- This position is a 6 month full-time internship
