Who you are

Proven success in lead generation for a B2B SaaS company
Fluent English as well as fluency in either French, German or one Nordic language
Experience of working in a start up or scale up SaaS environment
Experience of lead generation for a range of markets across Europe and UK.
A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Self-motivated, organised, and eager to grow opportunities
You must reside in the EU or UK and have full right to work

Desirable

Industry experience in HVAC or construction is highly desirable
French fluency is a bonus

What the job involves

Conduct outbound prospecting (emails, calls, and social outreach etc) to generate new leads in key markets, including the UK, Nordics, France and the rest of Europe
Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and research, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team, creating a seamless transition.
Build and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in our CRM
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with HVAC industry trends, construction market insights, and technical innovations to engage effectively with prospects
