Sales Enablement Specialist, insightsoftware

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment, sales role, or customer-facing position (direct sales enablement experience not required but preferred)
• Experience working directly with sales teams to understand learning needs, gather feedback, and support content development
• Proven track record of effective collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office Suite applications
• Experience with sales enablement platforms (Highspot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of sales methodologies and frameworks (MEDDICC + Value Selling, BANT)
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities will be required
• Consultative approach with ability to influence and achieve stakeholder buy-in at various organizational levels

• We are seeking a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist with some knowledge of the tax, lease life cycle or equity management field to join our growing sales enablement team and support our global sales organization
• Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Enablement, this role will focus on designing and delivering comprehensive sales playbooks, enablement materials, and scalable programs that drive productivity and results across our expanding sales teams
