- In your toolkit, you have a rich blend of experience in rolling out SaaS solutions, managing contract changes, and driving the adoption of new features and services
- You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to the evolving needs of both brightwheel and your clients
- You are passionate about the impact of brightwheel’s solutions and are committed to making a difference in the world of educational technology
- 3+ years customer-facing experience
- Account Management, Sales, and/or Onboarding experience required
- Enterprise and/or Government experience preferred
- Fast learner and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Attention-to-detail and autonomous
- Strong communicator and ability to manage stakeholders
What the job involves
- As an Account Manager at brightwheel, you embody the intersection of strategic thinking and client-focused execution
- As a collaborative team player, you work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring that client needs are met and that brightwheel’s offerings are continuously aligned with their objectives
- Your approach is proactive and consultative; you're not just responding to client needs, but anticipating them, always thinking a few steps ahead to ensure both client satisfaction and the expansion of brightwheel’s presence within their organizations
- Engage in deep, strategic discussions with key stakeholders in client organizations to thoroughly understand their objectives, challenges, and future plans
- Develop tailored strategies focused on both maintaining client retention and expanding brightwheel's presence within each organization
- Collaborate closely with clients to precisely define and regularly revisit what success looks like for them, using this as a foundation to identify and pursue expansion opportunities
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met, encouraging the adoption of additional features and services where appropriate
- Utilize client usage data to discern trends, pinpoint growth opportunities, and identify areas in need of improvement
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to confirm ongoing satisfaction and proactively tackle any issues that might influence renewal decisions
- Develop comprehensive rollout plans for new Government-funded and some Enterprise clients, focusing on both core SaaS and Billing features. You will play a key role in crafting strategies that align with client goals, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for understanding their unique needs and maintaining strong, strategic relationships
- Assist in developing effective systems, processes, and content specifically designed to enhance success for Enterprise and Government clients

Brightwheel's platform helps increase parental and teacher engagement with students everyday, while helping small education businesses save money, time, and to grow.
Brightwheel is carving out a name for itself as a service valuable for its exciting and useful new updates. It was quick to adapt to school closures too by offering distance learning capabilities and health testing. And on top of this, it also caters to childcare in lower-income areas with a freemium model. Making its a go-to platform for early education.
