Role
Who you are
- Demonstrated track record of selling enterprise developer tools, ideally with a similar product-led sales motion, and consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Technical enough to communicate fluently with engineers about the product’s features and benefits
- Organized, quantitative, and iterative - constantly tracks, measures, and improves upon their own processes
- Scrappy and autonomous - solves problems independently and efficiently
- Ownership mentality - demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond & roll up your sleeves to achieve desired outcomes
What the job involves
- Graphite is growing rapidly, we're looking for a highly motivated sales development representative to help us scale our enterprise pipeline & sales effort
- Rethinking the way fast-moving software engineering teams write and review code every day is no small feat, and we believe that the best solutions are built when most talented, ambitious, and dedicated people with diverse backgrounds come together
- Be an early member of our business team and have an outsized impact on the Graphite’s future scale and growth
- Spearhead the development and implementation of our enterprise outreach function, including building our pipeline from the ground up and perfecting our pitches/collateral/targeting
- Create scalable processes that others can follow, build strong cross-functional relationships & help to define a strong sales team culture
- Provide exceptional support to our customers by qualifying and understanding their business use cases

Graphite is making advanced code review and developer tools accessible to a wider range of engineers, breaking down the barriers that typically limit such resources to teams at large companies. While industry giants like Facebook and Google use tools like Phabricator and Critique, Graphite offers open-source solutions with a command-line interface and dashboard, empowering developers of all sizes to streamline their code review processes.
What sets Graphite apart is its ability to dramatically enhance engineering team efficiency with innovative features. Unlike traditional linear code review processes - where code is committed and then reviewed - Graphite allows for concurrent reviews. This enables engineers to continue working on other tasks while their code is being reviewed, leading to a much more productive workflow.
As the company continues to roll out regular performance improvements and refine its features, its goal is to expand its user base to tens of thousands of engineers. With strong support and a growing community of users, Graphite is looking to gain traction across even the most traditional engineering teams, hoping to shift their approach to code review and developer tools toward a more modern and efficient model.
