Role
Who you are
- At least 1-2 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast paced diversified environment (preferably in E-Commerce or Luxury international industries)
- Deep knowledge of UK labor laws, rules, regulations and obligations is a must have
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly preferred
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and advice management on operational HR activities
- Strong and Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Workday knowledge, nice to have
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to take personal accountability, show initiative and strong problem solving skills
- Be able to make day-to-day decisions and work autonomously
- Results-orientation and time management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
What the job involves
- Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Associate HR Business Partner to join the NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER HR team
- Team Size: 5 resources (approx.)
- Reporting into: Head of HR, NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER
- Contract Type: Maternity Cover
- Supporting the Head of HR in Managing the operational side of HR topics across the assigned business unit
- Advising, coaching and providing first line support to line managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures and best practice to ensure effective and consistent management of staff
- Providing an advisory service to employees on all HR matters
- Processing and maintaining organization and associate updates in our internal tools and systems
- Support the Head of HR in Managing the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off-boarding
- Supporting the Head of HR with the year-end process which includes advising managers on meritocracy and differentiation, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planning
- Supporting the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned business unit
- Contributing to the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and procedures Analyzing Human Resources key metrics, utilizing data for process improvements
