- Worked in a start-up environment (a focus on Social or Ad-tech is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Project Management skills and experience
- Independent and well structured working style with can-do attitude
- Ability to learn fast learning and determination to achieve goals
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Smartly is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast growing team! In this role you will support the SVP, Ecosystems Partnerships & AI Applications, the SVP, Customer Success and the broader US commercial teams
- You’ll own administrative tasks, calendar management, and event coordination

- Support our SVP, Ecosystems Partnerships & AI Applications, the SVP, Customer Success and the broader US commercial teams
- Work closely with our NYC and Helsinki Executive Assistants
- Actively manage/own the executives’ calendar including arranging and prioritizing meetings
- Support in organizing company level activities, internal events and assist with Chicago day to day office operations
- Coordinate the executives’ travel, help to plan customer visits and other events including owning all expense collection and submission
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations
- Represent the Smartly.io brand in all interactions
Our take
Smartly.io helps advertisers automate their campaigns across the largest media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. After seeing quick success following Facebook’s 2012 IPO, the company now works with over 700 brands including eBay, Uber, Ralph Lauren, Under Armour and TechStyle.
Its suite of tools automatically creates ads and videos from product images - handling budget allocation and audience targeting, as well as analysing where and when to purchase advertising. Consequently, Smartly.io has positioned itself to play a leading role in a market where brand and performance work are converging.
Smartly.io sold a majority stake to Providence Equity Partners in 2019 in a move to further its presence in the US. The company has since gone on to make several acquisitions of its own with Viralspace.ai and Ad-Lib.io. Smartly.io's ability to adapt to evolving advertising trends supports its continued growth, and its introduction of AI-powered intelligence across its platform shows it is keeping up with technology trends too.
