Social Media & Client Coordinator, Halborn

• Ideally based in Europe or able to work with EU timezone - flexibility in time zones needed
• 2+ years of experience in web3 and crypto marketing
• Previous experience working for a cybersecurity company is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience hosting and managing Twitter Spaces with successful engagement outcomes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in client and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing web3/crypto marketing campaigns
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience highly preferred
• You have worked in web3/tech marketing and are a team player
• You have the mentality to work in a start-up or have already done so
• You love to work hands-on yourself and grow with the requirements
• You can motivate yourself every day and work independently in a distributed company environment

Desirable

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. Knowledge of Farcaster preferred
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content (text, image, and video) consistent with Halborn’s brand voice and goals
• Host and manage Twitter Spaces, ensuring high levels of engagement and active participation from the audience
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and branding
• Coordinate with Halborn clients to understand marketing needs and schedule campaigns as needed
• Design compelling graphics and visuals to enhance social media posts and campaigns
• Monitor social media channels and use analytics platforms for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the community
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive traffic to Halborn’s website and social media profiles
• Plan and execute web3/crypto marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Halborn’s overall marketing strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, web3, and cybersecurity, and integrate these insights into our social media strategy
