Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teams, working in Agile / Scrum and on multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android)
- Experience in SEO and organic growth is a plus
- Experience within marketplaces or other high-volume consumer platforms
- A proactive and curious mindset: You love figuring things out and taking initiative
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A strong passion for user experience and attention to detail, you care about delivering the best possible product
- Technical acumen: You understand how search engines, APIs, site performance, and platform mechanics work, and can confidently advise both commercial and technical stakeholders
- A data-driven approach: You think like a user discovering TicketSwap, using insights to grow traffic, rankings, and conversions

What the job involves
- As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping TicketSwap’s long-term success within the Product Development team.
- Your initial focus will be on Organic Growth, a cross-functional domain dedicated to ensuring fans can easily discover TicketSwap, expanding our visibility across markets, and driving sustainable growth in organic traffic and conversions
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to execution
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Designers, UX Writers, Data/Product Analysts, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations
- Use data-driven decision-making, tracking the right metrics and owning relevant KPIs to validate product ideas and measure success
- Write clear, structured product requirement documents and involve the right people at the right time
- Develop a strong organic growth strategy that makes TicketSwap discoverable for fans across all relevant channels
- Lead with curiosity: You dig deep to understand the root cause of problems and know when to bring in the right expertise
- Communicate effectively, including presenting product updates in front of 180+ colleagues in our company-wide meetings
- Drive strategy and execution within the OKR framework, playing a key role in roadmap planning and workflow optimisation
- Experiment, iterate, and learn quickly, testing new ideas and optimisations to continuously improve organic performance
Our take
Obtaining tickets for in-demand events can be extremely difficult, as can selling on unusable tickets. TicketSwap solves this problem by providing a platform where users can buy and sell pre-sold tickets, without the usually associated risk and high prices.
With fraud detection built in, TicketSwap’s platform allows for greater security against bad sellers. It also maintains a fixed price cap of 120% of the original price to protect against exploitative profiteering. These features, alongside the ease of use of the marketplace, have proved wildly popular, and the platform now serves millions of users around the world.
The company has expanded rather a lot since its inception, sweeping across European markets as well as entering Latin America and the UK. It has cemented a series of lucrative deals with festivals, venues, and promoters, which is testament to the company’s growing ubiquity, and continues to roll out new features such as in-app ticket storage and "FairShare", that divides any profit on a sold ticket fairly between the seller of the ticket and the event organizer.
