What the job involves

CloudTalk is scaling fast and we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to take our SDR and AE training to the next level
Use AI tools to design onboarding programs that get new SDRs and AEs ramped up quickly
Create ongoing training for AEs, including spiffs, workshops, and coaching sessions
Keep our product and sales knowledge base fresh and easy to use
Partner with Sales Leadership to spot skill gaps and roll out impactful training
