Financial Reporting Manager, ForgeRock

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
• CPA
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience, with a mix of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations and SOX controls
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Works well in a team environment, as well as independently
• Excellent research & analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through to execute all tasks

• We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team
• The Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting
• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and filing of all required filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and managing the internal and external reporting processes
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Lead the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Maintain strong internal controls over the financial reporting process, including review of key disclosures, accounting policies, and reporting frameworks
• Interpret and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
• Oversee the accounting and reporting of stock-based compensation and earnings per share disclosures, ensuring proper treatment of equity awards in financial statements
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audits, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is provided
• Assist technical accounting team by providing conclusions on complex financial transactions, new accounting standards, and SEC regulations
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of performance and compliance
• Take the lead on special projects within the accounting function, researching issues and proposing potential solutions and alternatives, discussing with key stakeholders, and ultimately contributing to improved accounting processes
• Work closely with internal teams (FP&A, tax, corp dev, etc.) and external advisors (e.g., legal counsel) as needed to support all financial data reporting needs
