Role
Who you are
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially market leaders like Amazon, Target, Walmart, TikTok, and eBay
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Merchant, or similar role with emphasis on e-commerce marketplaces
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing operational processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms
- Experience in managing financial outcomes and overseeing large business portfolios
- Experience in designing and executing on-platform marketing strategies
What the job involves
- Utilize your knowledge of online marketplaces to drive growth strategies for our brand partners. Your data-driven approach will be key in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and ultimately sales
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our Brands. Construct and action Joint Business Plans in close harmony with brand partners, fostering shared visions and desired growth
- Regularly assess the marketplace to identify growth opportunities. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that capitalize on these opportunities and drive market share expansion for our partners
- Ensure that products are showcased with superior listings, combining rich content and visuals, to amplify conversion rates across marketplaces
- Collaborate with the Planning and Forecasting team to create precise and timely ordering plans for each Brand. Your effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to achieving mutual success
