CRM & Content Marketing Exec, OnHand

• 2+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on responsibility across demand generation and customer lifecycle / retention marketing
• Strong understanding of the full B2B funnel, from first touch through to SQO, onboarding, retention, expansion, and renewal
• Proven ability to plan and execute lifecycle marketing programmes, including onboarding journeys, customer communications, re-engagement campaigns, and upsell / cross-sell initiatives
• Expertise in SEO, content strategy, and website optimisation, with experience driving qualified traffic and conversion against commercial goals
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot for:
• Marketing automation and workflows
• Audience segmentation and lifecycle stages
• Lead scoring and nurture journeys
• Campaign and funnel reporting
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format across blogs, landing pages, emails, customer comms, and sales enablement content
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, campaigns, and customer insights
• Comfortable analysing performance data and turning insight into action across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate ideas, performance, and recommendations to both commercial and non-commercial stakeholders

• You’ll be an all-round B2B marketer, owning campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels. Your work will span acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion, helping us attract the right customers, engage them effectively, and keep them growing with us over time
• The role is hands-on and varied, ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, and improving marketing programmes rather than just managing from a distance
• Build campaigns from start to finish, from idea and messaging through to execution, optimisation, and performance reporting
• Create compelling content across the full customer lifecycle, including:
• Blogs, landing pages, and gated assets for acquisition
• Email nurture and onboarding sequences
• Customer newsletters, product updates, and retention campaigns
• Case studies and sales enablement materials
• Own lifecycle and retention marketing activity, developing journeys that support activation, drive product adoption, re-engage inactive accounts, and support upsell or cross-sell opportunities through multiple channels including email, webinars, events and community groups.
• Segment audiences by persona, sector, and lifecycle stage, ensuring campaigns are relevant, personalised, and aligned to customer needs
• Manage and optimise HubSpot workflows, including automation, lead nurturing, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns, with a strong focus on A/B testing emails, messaging, and journeys to improve engagement, adoption, and conversion
• Lead our in-person trade show programme end to end, from stand messaging and materials to on-the-day delivery and post-event demand and nurture
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, surface customer insights, and support revenue and retention goals
• Track and analyse performance by persona and lifecycle stage, using data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy
• Contribute to scaling our marketing engine as the business grows, helping us expand into new sectors, use cases, and geographies
