Role
Who you are
- You have 1+ year of experience in the CRM environment, ideally in B2C company
- Experience working with CRM tools and Google Analytics
- Solid project management skills and problem-solving ability
- You simply love writing!
- You have +1 years work experience in online content production
- You have great knowledge of the French travel market
- You have excellent French language skills (native level) and you also fluent in English
What the job involves
- Write marketing copy for deal/no deal and publishing on CRM channels (App Push, Email, WhatsApp and other Messengers)
- Support the CRM team in driving projects on our main channels App Push, Email, WhatsApp and other Messengers
- Plan, coordinate and execute experiments and A/B tests
- KPI-based sales & performance analysis for our CRM channels and campaigns - numbers don’t scare you, but help you make better product decisions
- Support the French team to achieve the growth targets through CRM activities
- Focus on a broad range of travel topics and sources and identify trends in the travel industry as well as in our French use community
- Non-deal content - besides travel deals, you will provide interesting and SEO-optimised content as well as travel news
- Team work - you are working with our key account team to manage content campaigns in collaboration with our partners across the travel industry
- Team work-You work in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to get the best reach out of a post
