Associate Social Media Manager, Tinder

• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating social content for a consumer brand, either in-house or at an agency, including copywriting and video editing
• A pop-culture lover who can spot an emerging trend or creator, and move quickly to come up with buzzy ways for Tinder to jump in on the conversation
• Collaboration – someone who loves to share insights, learnings, and big ideas, and can work cross-functionally to bring things to life

• A proven track record writing, creating, and editing funny, relatable content for a consumer brand social page

Desirable

• As an Associate Manager, Social at Tinder, you’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy across key platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Social, to create engaging, timely, and culturally relevant content that sparks conversations and drives brand love
• Assist in the execution of Tinder’s social media strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand tone across all platforms
• Create, review, and post content across key social channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram
• Work closely with creative and design teams to develop high-quality, on-brand social assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia
• Monitor trends and quickly react to relevant cultural moments by executing real-time content that aligns with brand goals
• Help manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster a vibrant, inclusive online community
• Support influencer partnerships by assisting with influencer selection and vetting, content review, coordination, and campaign execution
• Track performance metrics for all social content, providing regular updates and insights to help inform future strategies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and tools to ensure Tinder remains at the forefront of digital conversations
• Project management and administration including managing a budget, managing timelines, setting up social posts, monitoring and reporting on posts (owned and influencer)
