Junior Sales Manager, Lumiform

• You are fluent in German AND English - both written and verbal
• You are already located in Berlin and ready to visit the office at least twice a week
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers

• You’ll play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team
• Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points
• Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team
• Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting
• Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development
