Product Manager, Coinbase

• 5+ years of product software management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• Structured problem solver and strong analytical skills
• Both strategic and tactical thinking. You have strong intellect, a broad perspective, and the confidence to engage with senior leaders across multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
• Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that has the ability to succeed in a fast-paced ever changing environment

• As the Product Manager for Coinbase across the EU, you will take the helm of our product and engineering team in the local market.
• Your primary responsibilities will involve spearheading growth initiatives and fine-tuning the Coinbase experience for EU consumers, ensuring a tailored product-market fit.
• This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Your main emphasis will be on boosting revenue and fostering user growth
• Own product development / localization from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams to develop and steer the local product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
• Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
