• Lime is seeking a Senior Manager of Promotions to help define, execute, and optimize promotional strategies that drive ridership growth, retention, and market performance across a global footprint
• This role is accountable for translating high-level promotional strategy into scalable, data-driven programs that balance customer growth, unit economics, and operational realities
• Architecting a cohesive promotional strategy for Lime’s rapidly expanding global micro-mobility business
• Designing promotional frameworks that account for customer segments, seasonality, geography, and local market dynamics
• Translating strategic objectives into scalable promotional playbooks, rules, and guardrails
• Adapting promotion strategies and structures to meet the unique needs of different countries, cities, or customer cohorts
• Defining success metrics and KPIs for promotional programs, including lift, ROI, and impact on unit economics
• Partnering closely with Analytics to evaluate promotional effectiveness using experimentation, cohort analysis, and post-mortems
• Continuously optimizing promotional strategies based on data, customer behavior, and market feedback
• Setting program-level goals and aligning them with the needs of key finance, operations, marketing, product, engineering, and pricing team stakeholders
• Serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear recommendations backed by data
• Helping set priorities and execution standards for promotions teams and cross-functional partners
• Contributing to building scalable processes, documentation, and best practices as Lime continues to grow
