Who you are

6+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B, Enterprise startup
Proven success running paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other performance channels
Comfortable owning the funnel from traffic to conversion to handoff
Analytical mindset—you love digging into dashboards and can tell a story from data
Entrepreneurial, agile, and not afraid to try (and fail at) new ideas
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Mixpanel, and Figma a plus

What the job involves

Reports to: VP of Growth & Strategy
As our first Demand Generation marketer, you’ll be the engine behind campaigns that drive pipeline generation, brand awareness, and leads across the business
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales and Product to experiment rapidly, measure ruthlessly, and scale what works
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who loves testing, learning, and iterating
Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and event channels
Own and iterate on landing pages, A/B tests, and funnel optimization tactics to improve conversion rates
Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with Sales on lead scoring, MQL generation, and handoff processes
Manage SEO and content distribution strategies to boost visibility and inbound interest
Own the marketing stack (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Webflow)
Identify new growth levers—from influencer plays to ABM pilots—and test them quickly
Report on KPIs, growth insights, and experiments directly to the leadership team

Our take

Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.

The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.

Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
