Role
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner position
- Experience in a fast-paced or SaaS environment is a plus
- You have great interpersonal skills, and know how to influence your audience
- You are organized and able to manage several topics at the same time
- You are creative and willing to go the extra mile to help your team, we are on the lookout for any new relevant idea
- You have a cheerful, enthusiastic, and sociable personality
- Your oral and written communication skills in French and English are excellent
What the job involves
- Within the “People and Culture” team and more precisely the HRBP team, you will take part in offering the best working conditions to ensure our talent’s retention
- Yousign’s HRBPs work collaboratively with the departments, proposing people strategies that enable the business to scale quickly with the long-term in mind
- HRBPs are able to advise and provide key insights on topics including organisation design, talent management, compensation planning, as well as short and long-term growth plans across the department they work with
- During a 6 months fixed-term contract to temporarily replace Elisabeth, our Lead People Partner, you will work directly with Kristina, our HR Director, and the rest of our HRBP team
- Work hand-in-hand with Yousign’s managers and coach them like superheroes to create the most epic working experiences for their teams
- Support around 100 Yousigners (Engineering & Product teams) from the onboarding to the offboarding
- Participate in implementing career path opportunities to help our employees to see themselves rocking it in the long run
- Measure employee satisfaction by launching engagement surveys and E-NPS surveys, and identify initiatives to improve engagement and retention of our talents
- Launch our bi annual performance review cycles
- Update our dashboards to monitor our KPI’s
- Work on diverse projects within the HR team

Our take
The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
