Who you are
- Excellent coding skills in at least one object-oriented server programming language (Unix environment)

What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Berlin and help shape the future of our technology in one of Europe's most vibrant tech hubs
- As a key member of our software development team in Berlin, you will contribute to developing Visier’s newest products, and help drive our company's technical growth
- Our Berlin development team is currently focused on starting up a new total rewards line of products. Visier’s total rewards products allow businesses to make better, fairer and quicker compensation decisions
- Be an important contributor to one of our newest products
- Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code using React and Kotlin to produce polished UI and impeccable business logic
- Ensure the product is able to run 24/7 and is secure, scalable, and cost-effective. Design it such that it behaves well, even when our users don’t behave the way we’d like them to
- Work with a modern tech stack including React, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, AWS and more

The company has existing partnerships with EA, Uber, and NCI, demonstrating success in improving leadership through people analytics, reducing labour costs, and increasing staff retention.
