What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Berlin and help shape the future of our technology in one of Europe's most vibrant tech hubs
- As a key member of our software development team in Berlin, you will contribute to developing Visier’s newest products, and help drive our company's technical growth
- Our Berlin development team is currently focused on starting up a new total rewards line of products. Visier’s total rewards products allow businesses to make better, fairer and quicker compensation decisions
- Be an important contributor to one of our newest products
- Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code using React and Kotlin to produce polished UI and impeccable business logic
- Ensure the product is able to run 24/7 and is secure, scalable, and cost-effective. Design it such that it behaves well, even when our users don’t behave the way we’d like them to
- Work with a modern tech stack including React, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, AWS and more
