Who you are
- 2+ years leading software engineering teams, preferably in a product engineering context, 5+ years in hands-on software development
- Experience or interest in financial technology
- A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners
- You value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed

What the job involves
- The Portfolio Data Workflows team is at the heart of our industry-leading wealth management reporting solution, driving innovation and reliability for our clients
- As custodians of a robust suite of REST APIs and user interfaces, the team plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data integration and operational efficiency across our platform
- Working on a blend of cutting-edge technologies and critical legacy systems, the team thrives on solving complex challenges to deliver high-impact solutions

- Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements in our core application stack
- Coach and mentor a full-stack software engineers
- Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes
- Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients

Investment advisers require speed, clarity and flexibility when managing client portfolios. Addepar is a wealth management software platform created with these requirements in mind. The platform aggregates portfolio, market, and client data in one place, allowing financial professionals to analyze and visualize the data they need.
Addepar currently tracks more than $4 trillion of assets with circa 800 clients including individual advisers, family offices, and large institutions such as AllianceBernstein, Bartlett Wealth Management, and Morgan Stanley.
The multi-unicorn company has been pursuing global expansion, opening its first office outside of the United States in Scotland in 2021 and a new London office in late 2022 and appointing new leadership members from the likes of Oracle and Amazon Web Services. Addepar is certainly gaining momentum as it expands operations and further innovates its suite of solutions.
