Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment
- Proven experience recruiting for GTM (sales, post-sales, marketing, partnership) roles in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports
- Exposure to People Operations is a plus, including onboarding support or process improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels across the organization
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures
- A genuine passion for people, talent, and creating a great company culture
What the job involves
- As a Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a critical role in scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization during a period of rapid growth
- You’ll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting processes as we scale
- As part of a fast-moving, remote-first organization, you’ll thrive in an environment that values ownership and collaboration
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sales, business development, sales engineering, integrations, accounts management, partnership, and more, across multiple regions
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, direct outreach, inbounds, social media, networking
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and closure
Our take
Identity and payment fraud is one of the biggest dangers facing online businesses. Sardine is setting out to solve this problem by building the first zero-day fraud prevention technology.
Sardine's technology traces intrinsic behaviour patterns to identify so-called "bad actors" online, and detects fraudsters using machine-learned fraud scores and user behavior biometrics.
The company calls itself the world's first FaaS (Fraud Detection as a Service), and its solutions are already drawing business from next-gen crypto and financial service institutions. Onboarding these institutions and scaling its customer base at pace will ensure that Sardine maintains its frontrunner position.
