Role

Who you are

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing or strategic account management - Ideally within a particularly niche market
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in the niche B2B space
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI through account-based marketing initiatives

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable and strategic-minded individual to join the team as out first ABM hire in the US. This will be the first boots on the ground role in that team, taking the work that we’ve done in the UK and implementing that within the US market!
  • Being the first ABM hire means there’s incredible opportunity to learn, develop and grow within the team!
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our key US based accounts. You will work closely with sales, product, customer and marketing teams to drive engagement, nurture relationships, and ultimately, accelerate revenue growth within our strategic accounts
  • US Account-Based Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the goals and objectives of key US accounts. We’re building out this in the UK, but how do we adapt that in the US?
  • Account Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and prioritize key personas and individuals within accounts based on strategic importance, revenue potential, and alignment with hx revenue objectives
  • Content Strategy and Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and personalized content tailored to the needs and challenges of target accounts
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target accounts across various touchpoints including email, social media, events, and digital advertising

The product has broad applications, but the company's initial focus is on specialty insurance, a sector the founders know well, having worked there for more than a decade.

hyperexponential currently works with 13 of the largest insurers in Europe and is growing fast. In addition, the company launched Renew Connect, a partnership programme which offers integrations between all the best-of-breed solutions for insurers like Insurdata and Inari, and ensures the data flows freely and consistently between them.
